Experienced Catering, Event and Party Sales Professional for Downtown Event Facility/Sports Bar
Looking for an energetic highly motivated, self-starter with at least 3 years experience in Party and Event Planning, On and Off Premise Catering planning, sales and service for this unique event facility and sports pub located in the downtown Houston area.
Candidate must have experience in:
· Creating proposals for parties and events.
· Selling, planning and organizing all types of corporate and social events from 10 to 1,000 guests.
· Phone sales, cold and warm calls, selling and closing in the event and party industry.
· Selling banquet and party rooms, food, beverages, events and party services.
· Selling, setting-up and serving corporate events, holiday parties, game-viewing parties, happy hours, bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday parties.
· Selling, planning and organizing off-premise catered events.
Candidate must be highly organized and have a successful track record of superior guest and client service and satisfaction.

Invitation Solutions, a graphic design company specializing in custom wedding invitations, is looking for a self-motivated, positive, reliable and enthusiastic representative to work with our creative team. You must take pride in customer service, enjoy helping others, have excellent communication skills. No experience in the invitation industry is necessary; however, a design/creative background, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is a plus. Your main responsibilities will include sales, working directly with customers to select and develop their wedding stationery, scheduling appointments, answering the phones, working with our vendors.
Invitation Solutions is a graphic design firm specializing in wedding and special event invitations and collateral. We are located in the Heights and our studio hours are 10am-7pm Tuesday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday.
