Invitation Solutions, a graphic design company specializing in custom wedding invitations, is looking for a self-motivated, positive, reliable and enthusiastic representative to work with our creative team. You must take pride in customer service, enjoy helping others, have excellent communication skills. No experience in the invitation industry is necessary; however, a design/creative background, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is a plus. Your main responsibilities will include sales, working directly with customers to select and develop their wedding stationery, scheduling appointments, answering the phones, working with our vendors.
Invitation Solutions is a graphic design firm specializing in wedding and special event invitations and collateral. We are located in the Heights and our studio hours are 10am-7pm Tuesday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday. This position requires:
1. working Saturday 10am-4pm and Tuesday-Friday until 7pm.
2. working approximately 40 hours a week
3. knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Access
