The non-salad Salad



MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM- Love a new twist!
Before any entree there is always a salad, leafy greens with cheese, a tomato, blah blah. Try something new, this non-salad salad is an amazing fresh idea prepared by the Chef at the Crowne Plaza -a Ceviche mix of cold shrimp, crab and pico, served in a pineapple and topped with avocado.Great presentation, unique and a delicious surprise, YUM!

Don't get stuck in a food slump, try something new. Remember presentation is art, have fun with it, use your colors!
